This unique practice offers numerous benefits for mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Tapping meditation is simple and can be practiced anywhere, making it an accessible tool for anyone looking to improve their mental health and well-being. By integrating this into your daily routine, you can experience transformative benefits that enhance your overall quality of life. Whether you are seeking stress relief, emotional balance or physical healing.
Learning the method
One of the best channel I have found to learn this is The Tapping Solution. Founded by a group of siblings in 2007 Nick, Jessica and Alex Ortner. Personally, I have been using their Tapping App for the past 6 years. I found this method of meditation more engaging as I'm not one who can sit still for 5 minutes and calm my mind. The Ortner siblings has guided millions of people across the globe and they host many live events. You should look out for their Tapping World Summit with a simple search on Amazon you'll find a few good books on this subject authored by them.
There are many tapping meditations solutions provided on their App. You can set reminders and there's a Progress tracker to help you along. Science backed studies on the effect of EFT is prevalent especially to manage stress, reduce food craving and improved sleep. Today, we understand the importance of having quality sleep.
