Sleep before 11:00 pm is highly advantageous as TCM medical clock shows the hours between 11:00 pm till 3:00 am are healing hours.
2. Dietary recommendations: Consume leafy greens, sour foods and cooling food group e.g: chrysanthemun tea to soothe liver heat. Avoid alcohol, greasy and spicy food, excessive caffeine which burden the liver.
3. Chinese therapies: Acupuncture targeting LV3 (Tai Chong) to regulate liver. Cupping or Chinese massage to enhance blood flow.
4. Emotional practices: Cultivate patience and healthy expression of emotional through counseling or art.
5. Aromapressure: Rub essential oils between the big and second toes situated on the webbing on our foot sole. Suggested essential oils peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary or even ginger. Stimulating this area on both feet alternatively aids in regulating and rejuvenating the liver.
