Aromapressure

Combintation of Essential Oils & Acupressure

When I first discovered this in 2019 I was totally fascinated. Already deeply engaged then in learning essential oils exploring blending essential oils and determined to be a certified aromatherapist, I was totally sold  on the combined power of Aroma (essential oils) + Acupressure = Aromapressure as a sure WIN formula for self-care.

Especially suited to those who are needle-phobic like me. With a bottle of your favorite essential oil blend and your hands you can apply Aromapressure anytime, anywhere. Really quite simple to learn.

She taught me critical aromapressure techniques specific to my needs which I'm still practicing today. Those arsenal of essential oils always in my bag!
