Like many adventurers in the land of alternative medicine, my journey felt like navigation a pothole-riddled road - bumpy, unexpected, and sometimes downright hilarious! Let me tell you, after many years of chasing wellness, I made a vow: I will LIVE FREE from pills and BE FREE to embrace a life bursting with joy!

Hold your horses! I'm not suggesting you toss your meds out of the window. My aim here is to share knowledge and inspire you  to explore possibilities. Keep that mind open - self-care doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. All it takes is a little time, sprinkle with creativity. BTW, You should know I'm an advocate of Japanese art of Ikigai.
